Ever since I was young I love how mangoes tasted like no matter what kind of variety it is (I prefer Philippine Mango but here are some other varieties), and living in the Philippines gave me a lot of opportunity to try different ways of preparing them ripe (yellow) or unripe (green)... here I will share some of the recipes I found and tried. :)
